How Orders Are Handled

Orders are prepared in the sequence they are received. Because each order is made to order, preparation can take 7–14 business days before it is shipped. During busy periods preparation times may be longer.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking & Shipment Updates

After your order is packaged, a shipping label is issued and a tracking number is sent to your email.

Important notes:
    •    Tracking activity may not appear right away.
    •    A “label created” notice means your package is waiting to be collected by the shipping carrier.
    •    Shipment updates should only be followed using tracking details sent by What’s The Tee Spicy Bowls.

Transit Time

Shipping time begins once the carrier has received your package and varies based on location and carrier service. Delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Shipping Address Policy

Please double check your address before completing checkout. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Final Sale & Payment Disputes

All sales are final once order preparation begins. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after this point.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened while an order is being prepared or shipped, What’s The Tee Spicy Bowls will submit order records, tracking history, and proof of policy acceptance to the payment provider.
